How do I receive my AI voice model after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an automated email with a secure download link. You can also access your purchased files anytime through the 'My Downloads' section of your account dashboard.
What is the difference between Personal and Commercial licenses?
A Personal license is for non-monetized projects like private videos or school assignments. A Commercial license is required if the voice will be used for advertisements, paid social media content, or any product that generates revenue.
Can I request a refund if I am not satisfied with the voice?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if there is a technical defect with the file, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Are these voice models compatible with all Text-to-Speech (TTS) software?
Our models are optimized for industry-standard platforms including ElevenLabs, RVC, and Adobe Podcast. Please check the 'Compatibility' section on the specific product page to ensure it works with your preferred software.
Do you offer custom voice cloning services?
Yes, we offer bespoke voice cloning for enterprise clients. This requires a minimum of 30 minutes of high-quality studio recordings and written consent from the voice talent. Please contact our sales team for a custom quote.
Is my payment information secure?
